Entry Level Help Desk Technician opening with our client.
Great opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in the field of technical and help desk support.
Overview of Duties
Provides ongoing hardware and software support for all technologies
Addresses help desk tickets efficiently and in a timely manner
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
Installs updates and configuration modifications to both PC’s and Mac’s
Support mobile devices, including Android and IOS
Ensures workstation operating system has the latest security updates, service packs, and manages BIOS & driver maintenance
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred or some experience in a technical help desk role
Knowledge of computer systems, networks, printers and peripherals
Good troubleshooting skills
Ability to respond service issues after hours as needed
Excellent communication skills
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
