INTEG is interested in enhancing our ability to offer cinema specific technical support and to develop automation products best suited for theater integration. In order to achieve this we would like to hire an experienced integrator directly from the industry with familiarity with our JNIOR controller as well as other automation devices.

The successful candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience installing cinema systems supporting digital cinema media systems, projectors, audio systems, lighting and other theater functions incorporating some form of automation. A demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues as would be typical in systems built from components each optimized for their purpose is a must. Hands-on experience with wiring and related issues such as electrical codes would be helpful. Additional experience with Home Theater installations, corporate A/V applications and/or HVAC would be a benefit.

You would become the technical support voice of the company and the go-to person for anyone seeking assistance with our products. This would also include applications outside of the cinema industry. Support would be rendered by phone and through various on-line means such as, but not limited to, email, remote connection, chat, etc. We supply products globally and providing support outside of INTEG normal business hours would be generally at your option.

As the level of technical support for our products does not represent a full-time activity, you will have the opportunity to participate in product development and other company activities.  We would be looking to benefit from your industry experience in expanding our product offerings. Your experience is valuable.

INTEG does 1 or 2 trade shows annually including CinemaCon in Las Vegas. You would participate in exhibiting by manning our booth and interacting with our friends and customers in the market. This would include booth setup and teardown activities.

This would require that you be located in the Pittsburgh, PA area or be willing to relocate here. We are willing to assist you with relocation expenses.
