SUMMARY We are currently working with a highly technical Butler County manufacturer with over 90 years in business to identify a new Project Manager due to continued growth. Reporting to a Sr. Project Manager, the person will develop, plan, and manage all activities associated with large and smaller projects. Projects will include new product development or modification of existing products.
Our client is looking to hire a well-rounded Project Manager with strong leadership and a diverse skill set. A system engineering background with a technical project management skill will be highly desired.

POSITION The Project Manager will be responsible for:
• Custom applications and non-conformances. • Building project plans, completing risk registers, etc. • Managing project teams encompassed of 5 to 10 engineers from different disciplines. • Managing multiple projects at once, with various engineering teams. • Traveling domestically and international a few times a year. • Communicating with engineers, quality, sales, and customer service staff. • Project completion within the designated timeframe. • Estimating, developing a budget, and staying within budget. • Providing project status to senior staff.
REQUIREMENTS • Minimum B.S. in Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Computer Engineer or Software Engineer. • 10+ years’ experience in technical engineering. • 5+ years’ in product development and project management. • Experience with HMI software. • Strong technical engineering communication skills. • Strong organizational and planning skills. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
