Responsibilities and Duties
The Print and Mail Operations Manager will coordinate and oversee all aspects of the ONS Business Center including but not limited to incoming and outbound mail, customer order fulfillment, print and binding requests, and vendor management. This is a working manager who will be expected to both perform and oversee all aspects of the Business Center, including supervising a small staff, creation and adherence to SLAs, contract negotiation, budgeting, and monthly reporting.

Ten (10) years related experience or bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years related experience required.
Executive Mail Center Certification preferred.
Industry certification from one of the following: US Postal Service, In Plant Management Association, Mail Systems management Association, or Xplor preferred.
