You will be responsible for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies that enable the sales, marketing, and finance teams and support their ability interact and support our members, suppliers, and internal partners. The CRM Sales and Marketing Developer will be an experienced and essential team member working with other developers and business resources together on a mission to elevate the company.
Administer, manage, and develop solutions within MS Dynamics CRM Applications including sales, marketing, and customer service
Manage CRM entities and entity relationships
Create, modify, configure, and customize CRM portals, views, forms, and fields
Manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM security. Create, modify, and manage security roles permissions and privileges
Create users, teams, business units and organizations. Enable structure to delegate user creation to other approved admins
Design application, technical, domain, or solution architecture, including design and
implementation of solutions
Manage integrations with complimentary Sales, Marketing, and data driven tools including LinkedIn
Create and manage Office365 integrations including Outlook, Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online
Performs data management exercises including mass updates, data cleansing, and other data administration tasks
Create and maintain documentation for all system design, integrations, data flow, configurations, code, and security
Participate in team scrums and follow other best practices for design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Work with Product Management and directly with Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing sponsors and users to collect requirements and train where appropriate
Perform root cause analysis of production issues and document resolution for the team
Perform system upgrades including feature review, testing, and production upgrade
Demonstrated experience configuring (and developing) with the MS Dynamics CRM platform (2016 preferred)
3-5 years of experience designing, developing and managing Dynamics CRM applications
Demonstrated experience in creating & executing rollout deployment plans, in coordinating change management and support models
Demonstrated customer service excellence in collaborating with stakeholders and business SMEs to gather requirements, test functionality, coordinate releases, and train
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to review customer relationship implications, business processes, and workflows
Ability to work under the direction of managers and with architects
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related field
2 years of development experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including Visual Studio,
Experience with additional sales and marketing systems (Digital Asset Management, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management, etc.)
