SUMMARY We are currently working with a high tech manufacturer in Cranberry Township to identify a part time HR Assistant to cover a maternity leave. This position will last for approximately four months, starting in July. The HR Assistant will train with the current HR Generalist for one month prior to her leave.
This is a part time position offering a minimum of 24 hours, or a maximum of 32 hours per week, depending on a person’s availability. Days and times are flexible.
POSITION The HR Assistant will primarily focus on providing recruiting support and helping the Culture Club with the planning or execution of employee events. Candidates with more experience may also get to take part in special projects in the HR department. • Coordinates recruitment practices including identifying appropriate sources and posting positions • Utilize the LinkedIn Recruiting seat to search for passive candidates for open positions • Organize interviews for hiring managers • Assist the Culture Club with planning employee events • Other projects, as needed
REQUIREMENTS • 1+ years of HR experience • Experience with MS Office required • HRIS experience desirable, especially with using UltiPro • Professional demeanor and appearance • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
