SUMMARY Specialty manufacturing company located in Evans City requires an Office Assistant. Looking for someone who can work 5 days per week Monday-Friday, 5-6 hours per day between the hours of 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. Pay rate around $15.00 per hour.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Answering phones and greeting visitors. • Sorting / distributing mail. • Answer customer requests for pricing information, delivery information, pricing and order updates. • Entry of daily production information, customer orders, and quotes. • Assist office manager with shipping information, such as getting freight rates, emailing shipping papers, printing shipping labels, scheduling pickups. • Send small packages and documents via FedEx and UPS. • Assist with filing. • Daily reporting.
REQUIREMENTS • Two years of administrative experience. • Good customer service skills. • Experience answering phones and assisting customers. • Solid computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook). • Well-spoken, professional, and personable communication. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
