As an Account Manager, you will be the single point of contact for various interactions with public school administrators who work for districts belonging to our network. You will also be responsible for retention of our existing school district relationships which will be maintained through careful, accurate and consistent communications with district decision-makers. Furthermore, you will consult with these decision-makers to identify opportunities for growth and new online learning solutions within the school districts.
Essential to this role are project management, organization, coordination and communication skills as they relate to clients and internal stakeholders, consulting expertise, problem solving, quick thinking and a customer-centric perspective.
This work will be performed on-site at VLN Partners’ offices in Pittsburgh, PA with periodic overnight travel as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong experience in account management and client satisfaction
Proven success upselling and growing existing client product line
Management of multiple priorities within a deadline-driven environment
Keen discernment ability that allows for solutions that are beneficial to both the client and our company
Able to work and think independently within a framework of best practices and common goals is essential
Excellent organizational, time management, communication, customer support and project management skills
Unwavering commitment to quality and accuracy of communications
Experience in presentation development and public speaking essential

Education &/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years of experience.
Experience with educational service company or public schools is a plus
Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and online technologies
