The Supply Chain Data Analyst will be responsible for assisting the organization with an ERP transformation. You will be responsible for data mining, interpreting and analyzing data, and acquiring data from primary and secondary sources. You will also develop and maintain databases, as well as analyze and identify data trends. This position provides a unique and exciting opportunity for the right person to make significant changes by helping us to transform our supply chain by using a data driven methodology.
Design, build, and oversee analytics and performance measurements for the Procurement and Materials Management team
Collect, manipulate, and maintain supply chain data to influence and drive strategic reporting and business decisions
Assess data, analyze performance, identify problems and develop recommendations
Develop, implement, and maintain databases
Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets
Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, by utilizing a combination of methods, sources, and tools within defined technology
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or Computer Science
MBA or advanced degree is preferred
5+ years of work experience in Supply Chain Management specifically in data analytics
Resourceful and creative thinker who can collect and synthesize information from multiple discrete sources to create actionable insight and execute programs to fruition
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
Extensive experience in using MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint
MS Project desired
Advanced excel and SQL skills
ERP system experience. Oracle Fusion, IBM Maximo experience desired
