Our Client, a leading provider of specialized logistics services, is currently seeking candidates for a contract-to-hire Team Administrator role. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to a team of Logistics Specialists, including data entry, running reports, scanning, filing, and tracking shipments. Our ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented, with a helpful disposition and a willingness to assist with special projects and urgent requests, as needed.

Support all Operations team members.
Prepare and send documents, uploading to the internal database.
Make copies, scan and e-mail documents, send faxes, perform filing in a timely manner.
Sort and distribute printed documents and team inbox items.
Prepare and maintain reports and records as needed.
Keep paper and toner in all machines.
Prepare courier packages as needed.
When needed, obtain signed delivery documents from agent.
Close file with the Closed File Checklist.
Trace shipments on Internet.
Prepare and organize billing documents in an accurate and timely manner.
Enter shipments into internal database; Print and distribute required docs, forms, checklists, letters, and labels.
Serve as back-up for other Administrators when needed.
2+ years of related administrative or clerical experience
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; Familiarity with Adobe Reader
Strong email communication and internet navigation skills
40+ wpm keyboard skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
