Our Client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, has an immediate need for a Cyber Security Architect. The position is located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 6 month contract assignment with possibility of an extension. Ideal candidates must have 7-10 years of security experience.
Function as the security expert on a global implementation of an Identity Management tool.
Ensure compliance with Client’s Global IT cyber architecture and processes and all supporting tools, technology, and organizational components
Participate in identifying cyber risk and mediation, including processes, technologies, and metrics, ensuring ongoing adherence to global cyber security architecture standards.
Support daily and emergency help chain to business and resource units on the execution of the company’s cyber security requirements.
Supports site assessments and threat analyses for corporate and locations.
Consults with regional cyber security personnel
Assists ongoing coaching/counseling to regional/location security professionals
Assists in knowledge transfer across location and regions
Supports maintenance of ongoing contacts and linkages with outside parties for benchmarking cyber architecture, regularly testing both the principles and overarching designs.
Under the general direction of the company's Chief Information Security Officer, supports change and transformation from the company’s current cyber security program to more secure states.
Minimum of 5 years in IT Operations
Minimum of 5 years in IT security
Familiar with accepted security principles- NIST, ISO
Demonstrate a solid understanding of Security architectures and technologies (firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection systems, credential vault, etc.)
Familiar with large, global infrastructure support processes
Broad familiarity with complex, global business environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/IS, Business, Math, Finance, Engineering, Economics from an accredited institution- preferred
