Our Client, a leading provider of innovative Human Resources software solutions, is currently seeking contract-to-hire applicants for a newly created Sr. Software Developer role. This individual will be part of a team that is tasked with new development efforts and the rebuild of their product onto a new platform. Our ideal candidate will be eager to work with and implement new technology, and be able to work collaboratively in a team setting.

As part of a 6-person team, contribute to new back-end software development, creating a new and updated version of an existing application.
Work collaboratively within the team, sharing knowledge and information, and mentoring more junior developers when needed.
Provide input and suggestions to the Management team on best practices and ways to improve features and functionality.
Learn any new or unfamiliar languages, technology, and techniques that are needed to become successful.
Experience: 4+ years of related development experience, with a focus on middle-tier/back-end work
