SUMMARY We are working with a Warrendale, PA based financial service provider to identify a friendly, professional, detail oriented and organized Receptionist / Office Assistant. Our client offers a friendly and professional work environment and compensation commensurate with experience.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Answering phones and greeting visitors • Taking accurate messages and transferring calls • Tracking and ordering office supplies • Scheduling and following up on appointments • Processing incoming and outgoing mail • Assisting management in maintaining efficient work-flow • Copying, filing, faxing • Requesting, gathering and tracking information • Preparing documents in MS Word • Maintaining a neat office space • Other responsibilities as required
This is a full-time position with a schedule of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday - Friday.
REQUIREMENTS • Experience working in a professional office • Good computer, organization and communication skills • Ability and desire to work with people • Professional and helpful attitude • Ability to work well independently and within a team • Good MS Office (Word / Excel) skills • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
