SUMMARY We are working with a Cranberry Township, PA based service provider to identify the successful candidate to fill the role of Customer Care Coordinator to assist in the generation of quality system audit plans and reports. This position will report to the Manager of Customer Care and will work within a collaborative team environment.
POSITION Duties and Responsibilities include: • Generate audit plans for customers and compile audit package materials for auditors. • Prepare customer reports and review audit reports for submission/approval. • Issue and track completed forms to customers and follow up until response is received. • Update and maintain customer information in database. • Log incoming/outgoing mail/e-mails into Lotus Notes database. • Respond to general customer inquiries. • Package/process mail (via USPS and/or FEDEX) to auditors on a weekly basis. • Perform special projects and other duties as directed. • Develop technical expertise in ISO 9000 and in all assigned processes and procedures. • Under the direction of a Sr. Customer Care Coordinator, assist with the generation of audit plans. • Attend and participate in department meetings, training programs, technical conferences, and staff meetings.
REQUIREMENTS • 2-3 years administrative/clerical experience equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. • Strong written and oral business communication skills. • Friendly, courteous telephone manner and interpersonal skills. • Team and goal oriented. • Proficiency in or knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Lotus Notes and the internet. • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proof reading materials establishing priorities, organization, and meeting deadlines. • Desire to grow and willing to take on additional responsibilities. • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
