SUMMARY We are working with a Cranberry Township, PA based software provider to identify the successful candidate to fill the role of A/P Clerk to handle all aspects of accounts payable and other finance functions as needed. This position will be working directly with the Accounting Manager and General Ledger Manager, and also be in communication with all other functional groups of the company.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • A/P Invoice matching to supporting documentation • Collecting all necessary approvals for invoices • A/P Invoice vouchering in ERP system • Weekly Check run and related activities • Expense report processing • Corporate Credit Card reconciliations • Gather invoices for Monthly AP Accruals • Spending Analysis by Vendor • Policies and Procedures Documentation • Filing/Scanning • Provide assistance as needed in year-end audit process • Other Administrative functions • Other increased responsibilities possible in future
Weekly work schedule of Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Pays $19.00 an hour.
REQUIREMENTS • Must have A/P experience • Excellent attention to detail • Willing to learn and looking for an opportunity to stay with a company and grow • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient with Excel • Must be very organized, meet deadlines, and have ability to take on new tasks • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
