Responsibilities and Duties
The Customer and Program Support Assistant is responsible for providing support to customer service and credentialing program delivery staff and functions on behalf of ONCC by assisting with volunteer management tasks; preparing for and implementing meetings and workshops; assisting with event evaluation and reporting; conducting scheduling and correspondence tasks; preparing mail/packet materials and processing returned mail; verifying certificant information and other data entry; processing candidate transactions (including entering lockboxes); and responding to customers via telephone and email, as needed. This position is responsible for following and ensuring accuracy of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhering to organization standards of service delivery, confidentiality, and accuracy.
Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required;
Additional course work in current office practices and procedures desirable;
One or more years experience in office setting desirable; experience with data processing desirable; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
