Continuum is looking for a leader for our Partner Education organization. Over 6200 IT Service providers rely on our partner education team for product and service training and documentation. As we continue to grow the successful onboarding of new partners is paramount and education is at the center of our success.
This person will be asked to not only maintain our current education approach but find new innovative ways to raise the bar on education. By refining our approach to partner education, we will increase the value partners receive from our offerings and improve overall satisfaction. S/he will manage and coach team of documentation and training specialists as a part of this role.
Lead partner training and development programs to support partner revenue growth and retention
Identify new opportunities for training and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and launch new offerings
Lead and manage the team that drives education of the Continuum partner base to increase product usage and partner success
Design and manage all modes of partner education:
Continue to innovate to ensure we have engaging, best practice content and modes of educational delivery
Coach team members to ensure they are creating exceptional content and maximizing their individual potential
Establish programs and processes that elevate the team and provide for growth and scale
Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure the teams are closely aligned, making good decisions, and communicating well with partners
Work with product and service delivery teams to help clarify issues and to provide input and feedback and improve our overall products
7+ years in software training and documentation, at least 2 years in a management role
Proven experience building curriculum, designing and implementing highly effective, results-driven programs, and e-courses.

Ability to learn complex technical concepts with minimal assistance
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Team player with excellent communication skills
Ability to interact and collaborate comfortably and effectively with diverse group of leaders at all levels of the company
Results driven and detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to adapt quickly and easily to changing requirements and needs.
