In the People Analytics Manager position you are going to be a key member of our Global Talent Management team, a group focused on being trusted partners, impacting business results through forward-thinking and inclusive HR practices. The main purpose of this position is to enrich and advance the delivery of significant HR data driven decisions in support of HR and business objectives. In this role you will be responsible for performing advanced and complex reporting and analysis of People data and multi-functional information to support projects, HR processes, users, and stakeholders. This will include HR reporting services and tools, detailed statistical analysis to identify actionable insights and building predictive models. Further responsibilities include developing requirements, implementing reporting and analytics strategies, and delivering results using advanced tools such as the Workday suite.
Provide management support to the HR function in the areas of people metrics, reporting and advanced and predictive analytics.
Develop analytical models to drive analytics insights.
Participate in evaluation, reporting, analysis to understand effectiveness of new initiatives and identify trends and make predictions.
Create, maintain, and ensure quality and integrity of key HR data sets.
Provide high level consulting to identify data needs, develop and support reporting tool enhancements and prepare reports and reporting solution specifications.
Research and analyze data to identify trends, uncover potential issues and work with HRBPs and other HR functions to develop recommendations.
Communicate recommendations on initiatives and influence leaders through data, analytics, and thoughtful interpretation of findings.
Capture data and prepare standard and ad-hoc HR reports, scorecards/dashboards, executive presentations and analysis on key HR metrics.
Develop predictive models for people analytics.
Serve as the domain expert for human resources data and analytics.
Maintain awareness of best practices, including processes and technology, and finds opportunities for improvement of existing functionality.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent.
5 years experience in the development and management of HR analytics/data. Workday experience highly preferable.
Fundamental understanding of systems architecture, database concepts and cloud technologies.
Advanced Workday and Workday Prism Analytics or similar could solution analytics tool.
Deep expertise in statistical analysis techniques, research methodology, data management and visualization.
Knowledgeable in Data science and advanced analytics and data wrangling.
Additional knowledge around database/query/reporting tools.
Ability to execute complex analytics to help data driven decisions, ability to perform detailed statistical analysis to identify actionable insights, build predictive models and produce impactful visualization of the insights for end user consumption.
Demonstrated ability to successfully handle competing priorities & deliverables in a fast-paced, dead-line oriented environment.
Perseverance to locate necessary data and identify creative solutions.
Background in Project Management.
