Answer all incoming client and creditor calls; maintain accurate client records, while acting as a company-client liaison. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific duties include:
Providing superior client support at all times, including answering routine questions or complaints while maintaining a courteous manner
Knowledgeably referring to a supervisor or the appropriate department if necessary
Becoming well versed in Century’s programs and services to proficiently explain them to clients
Maintain client information in the database, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Willingness to support clients with empathy and a commitment to Century’s values
KNOWLEDGE AND ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Proficient PC skills for MS Word, Excel & Outlook
Very organized utilizing multitasking abilities and an attention to detail
Strong team player
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE
1-3 years of experience in customer service
An equivalent combination of experience, education, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
