set up and manage both audio and video conferences
provide good customer service support
communicate with sales people
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical discipline
good phone presence
excellent verbal/English skills
good interpersonal and organizational skills
2-3 years of professional work experience
A background in Teaching or Help Desk support is a plus
PC/Windows skills required; Microsoft applications, Internet, network/other technical skills preferred
Knowledge of a second language is preferred (i.e. Spanish)
