SUMMARY An exciting new opportunity with an industrial equipment manufacturer in New Castle, PA. We are looking for someone with great communication and phone skills; who wants to grow their career. This person will provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients who already have the product and are experiencing issues. A background working with electro- mechanical products in customer service, inside sales, technical support or field service, is appropriate but training will be given in all equipment and systems.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Receiving incoming calls and emails from customers with technical equipment and systems issues • Listening and asking questions; gathering information • Working with engineering, the sales managers and client to resolve issues
Weekly work schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Salary depending on experience and skills. Paid company benefits.
REQUIREMENTS • Experience with electro-mechanical systems and equipment (company will train in the specific product line) • Strong customer service and phone skills • Good math skills • Able to thrive, prioritize, and organize in a fast-paced environment • Microsoft Word and Excel skills • Friendly, professional and helpful • Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
