Chorus Call seeks a Digital Services Specialist to perform a variety of duties related to the success operations of a conferencing center.
Assisting clients with the recording of pre-recorded presentations
Editing/Processing pre-recorded presentations, whether the recording occurred with a Conference Specialist or independently
Establishing a good rapport with clients
Uploading client-approved presentations
Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Audition
Becoming an expert with Chorus Call CDRP (CONTEX Digital Record & Playback) system
Utilizing Chorus Call applications such as the reservation and passcode management systems
Handling customer issues
Keeping proper records
Participate in Operations Teams (ex. Transcription team)
Setup and managing conferences
Bachelor’s degree required
2-3 years of experience in a customer service position
A background in teaching a plus
Experience with recording and editing software (ex. Adobe Audition)
Excellent communication/organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and adjust schedule based on workload
