We are seeking someone to come in and help streamline, implement, and redefine processes and procedures for our Office365 and Microsoft Exchange applications. You would also be customer-focused in providing support for advanced technical issues.
Maintain domain expert level of knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD.
Monitor the Office 365 portal for service advisories and communicate outages and issues to the Service Desk.
Keep current on Office 365 product roadmaps and new feature and applications offered through Office 365.
Third level end to end support of all Office 365 products and email services.
Maintain architecture and define strategic plans for the email environment, including overall mail flow, IronPort mail scanning, mail enabled application functionality.
Work with other teams to support and encourage the adoption of Office 365 tools and technologies.
Support initiatives driven from the business to leverage Office 365 tools and capabilities.
Leverage new capabilities of Office 365 to replace or supplement existing tools and processes.
Lead efforts to reduce risk and complexity through automation.
Lead initiatives to standard process globally relating to Email and Office 365 provisioning / deprovisioning / changes
Provides advice and counsel to customers and other GBS-IS personnel of manufacturing applications, systems or technologies in areas of responsibility.
Align with all guidelines detailed in the IT ASAT/PSAT (with a specific focus on business partnerships, change control, disaster recovery, and security) for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Execute Alcoa’s Compliance program within the scope of Office 365 services.
Ensure new features and functionality are configured to be in line with Alcoa’s Security and Compliance policies and procedures.
Operate within Alcoa IS standards and conventions.
Fosters collaborative relationships within and between organizations, project teams, customers, suppliers and peers, to identify and provide computer and business solutions to effectively and efficiently satisfy the data processing and information requirements of the business.

7-10 years experience in an IT role
Troubleshooting and customer focused experience w/ Office 365 and Exchange/Email
PowerShell scripting experience
Experience w/ Skype/Teams
Azure AD experience is preferred
Experience interacting w/ Executive and C-suite is preferred
