Job Overview: This position is responsible for leading strategy, design and implementation of the enterprise networking solutions across multiple data centers and multi state branch locations for the Network Engineering team. This includes but not limited to cloud service integration, highly available architecture, MPLS design, and SD WAN. The candidate, through collaboration with the Infrastructure and Security Architects will drive Dollar Bank’s enterprise and customers solutions into the future.
Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field is required. Will consider commensurate experience. * Candidate must be a team player with high emotional intelligence * Candidate must be able to demonstrate their experience in leading and managing projects, communicating to executive management, and working independently * Candidate must be able to demonstr ate their experience to think critically and handle multiple projects * Minimum of five years Firewall (Cisco ASA and Next generation), Internet – Multicarrier & redundancy), VPN (Cisco AnyConnect), and WAN Routing design and implementation experience is required * Minimum of five years Wide Area Network transports including MPLS, Enterprise class routing protocol BGP, OSPF, Converged Networks carrying voice, video and data, Traffic prioritization, including Class of Service and QoS design and implementation experience is required * Extensive experience designing business continuity and disaster recovery solutions maximizing available ability * Cisco router, switching and wireless hardware technologies * Extensive experience utilizing Network monitoring , troubleshooting and reporting tools within an enterprise * Knowledge of WAN/LAN traffic requirements for a MS Windows based applications environment * Fundamental understanding of security concepts preferred, PII, SOX, and GLBA * Must have the ability to lift 25 pounds * Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Must be able to work in a team * Must possess a valid driver’s license
