Right now we are working with a Pittsburgh based Event Coordinator to identify a ROCK STAR assistant. In this role you will support a General Manager and lots of other really cool peeps!
Cheerfully and enthusiastically answer incoming calls from really important customers, vendors, etc.
Accept and process credit card and check payments using jazzy technology
There is some ‘paperwork’ like purchase orders for stuff your team and customers may need
You will be the ‘Keeper of All Pics’ saving and organizing event photos
There is lots more interesting stuff to get involved in – you can make that happen!
This company offers a unique, exciting and very responsive environment. The core work schedule is 8:00 am – 4:30 pm but we are event / promotions coordinators so do the math (lots of opportunity for overtime!!!). This is a great growth opportunity offering a pay rate of $15.00 an hour to start plus benefits and PARKING (really).
