SUMMARY We search our world over in a quest for awesome people to work with awesome companies across Western PA. Right now we’re working with a General Contractor located in the Allison Park area, to identify a full-time Office Assistant. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role is responsible for supporting a small family-owned business office. • Answer phones • Processing paperwork related to bids, quotes, RFP’s, contracts, etc. • Process outgoing and incoming mail • Assist with reviewing / verifying certified payroll • Provide organizational support to Project Managers • Maintain electronic and manual files • Copying, scanning, etc. • Other miscellaneous administrative support duties as needed
This company offers a friendly, business-casual work environment and a work schedule of Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, a pay rate of $15.00 an hour to start. Pay will increase at around 90 days based on performance. Benefits package.
To succeed in this role, you will have: • Experience in an office • Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills, sense of urgency to deadlines • Good computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint helpful • Any general knowledge of payroll is helpful • Be professional and helpful in demeanor • Be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
