Work with cross-functional project teams
Maintenance of labor management systems across all operations
Development, validation, and maintenance of engineered standards through MOST, a predetermined motion time system, and time study methodology
Complete various studies including work sampling, standards development, queue and congestion studies
Analyze various business metrics to determine trends, identify opportunities and track savings
Method and workflow improvement identification and development
Development of cost justifications for equipment moves, method changes, and / or layout modifications
