Logix Guru, LLC is growing in the areas of Software Quality Assurance Service and IT Staff Augmentation.
We are looking for high-performing, results-oriented Sales Professional to expand our services in Pittsburgh and surrounding markets. The right person is an experienced sales professional who can generate opportunities, create a pipeline, and most importantly close business. The Sales manager will report directly to the President/CEO.

The focus of this job is on achieving business growth by providing meaningful and valuable professional IT Talent and QA/Testing Services to highly-respected, Enterprise clients.
Be responsible for connecting, building and leveraging business relationship.
Be able to generate meaningful client facing meeting with prospects, 2-3 times a week.
Apply strong analytical, communications, interpersonal skills and passionate about helping clients and consultants.
Achieve predefined sales goals in order to achieve personal success and contribute to company’s yearly revenue goals.
Develop new client leads and maintaining a healthy pipeline with high conversion rates.
Promoting Logix Guru in the industry and seeking client accounts that best fit with our services.
Participate in all internal sales meetings to share knowledge and provide progress updates to the sales team and management.
Expand your network by attending seminars, conferences and meetings focused on new development.
Document sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
Research, identify, and tenaciously generate new opportunities on a weekly basis via the phone and web.
Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline.
Strategically approach a regional territory to close new business and grow existing accounts.
Skillfully deliver web-based presentations using inside sales best practices.
Comfortably sell to VP & C-Level executives, navigating through multiple decision makers.
Other duties as assigned.
Generate new client business, closing sales and growing accounts to meet new booking, revenue and margin goals, with loyalty and integrity
At least 3 years of experience selling IT staff augmentation, software development and/or software QA/testing services
Demonstrated strong technical sales aptitude
Adept and experienced selling to C-Level customers
Proven ability to prospect, create pipeline, and close deals
Should have generated minimum of 1.5 million-dollar sales per year
Active experience in IT staffing in the Pittsburgh market preferred
