We're looking for a sales leader with deep ties in the local business community who is passionate about making a difference by unlocking growth opportunities for small businesses to build vibrant, financially empowered communities.

As the Vice President of Business Development, you will serve on Honeycomb Credit's Executive Team and will be responsible for the company’s outbound prospecting and sales functions. This role includes responsibility for local sales activities, team growth (e.g., Account Executive onboarding processes) and outcomes (e.g., financial performance).
The ideal candidate will drive sales revenue generation while implementing business development methodologies that scale to that meet the needs of the customers, stakeholders, and company. In the near-term, this role will be responsible for driving revenue while the mid-term vision revolves around growing a team and developing operational sales strategy and processes.

EXPERIENCE OF INTEREST:
Candidates for the Head of Sales position should have 5-10 years of direct experience working with and selling to small businesses.
