Proactively source diverse talent for all intern, leadership, professional and executive positions using innovative methods that include but not limited to research, social networking, targeted direct calls, attending diversity conferences/events, diversity job fairs, networking among diversity and community organizations, HBCUs, campus organizations, other professional networks as well as identifying alternative channels to source top diverse talent.
Build bench of qualified diverse candidates for future roles in Corporate, Warehouse and leadership
Partner with Recruiters and work together on assigned requisitions/positions and performs phone interviews for those open positions on the Corporate Talent Acquisition team by proactively sourcing diverse talent for those positions.
Create, track, and communicate diversity sourcing metrics including spending, ROI, hires per source, efficiency, and effectiveness. Use applicant tracking system to maintain accurate candidate data. Make future recommendations based on analysis of metrics and trends.
Proactively conduct market research in an effort to develop knowledge of current diversity, industry, market and competitor trends. Understand and educate the Talent Acquisition Team on current issues and trends as they pertain to diversity recruitment.

Assist in the development of marketing and social media strategies related to diversity recruitment. Serves as a diversity content manager by contributing to the total Recruitment Marketing Strategy. Participates in the design and distribution of diversity employment branding materials.
Demonstrate the ability to sell Giant Eagle's employment value proposition by understanding and utilizing candidates' varied interests to tailor marketing messages to be as compelling and persuasive as possible.
Contribute to a culture of innovation by taking the initiative to look for and suggest ways to continuously improve the recruiting/sourcing processes and drive toward higher efficiency and quality.

Education and Training Required
Bachelors Degree Human Resources or other related field
3 to 5 years
3-5 years of Diversity focused experience, agency recruiting, or other recruitment sourcing experience.
Passion for diversity; a consistent, wide-ranging record of support for diversity issues. Experience with building or executing components of a diversity strategy
