ORGANIZATION Busy real estate office in Fox Chapel, Pittsburgh, PA needs more administrative support. This person will join a team of admins and provide support to both clients and agents.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Process incoming client documentation such as agreements, contracts, and payments. Scan and upload documents, enter data and create and update client records • Assist with answering phones and helping clients and agents with questions on process and status of paperwork • Send information out to the agents • Process fees and payments • Administrative work such as data entry, editing documents, copying, filing etc.
Full time weekly work schedule of Monday- Friday daylight. Starting pay rate of $15.00 - $17.00 an hour. With increase based on performance and benefits.
REQUIREMENTS • At least two years of professional office experience • Strong accurate data entry skills and attention to detail • Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to organize and prioritize own work • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
