You will be responsible for managing CRM technologies that assist the sales, marketing, and finance teams and support their ability to interact with our suppliers, and internal partners. You will be an essential team member working alongside other developers and business resources together on a mission to elevate the company.
Provide day-to-day guidance to ensure continuous improvement of utilization, user adoption, and effectiveness of the MS Dynamics CRM platform
Identify areas of opportunity and actively drive the organization to achieve maximum optimization of CRM platform
Create, configure and maintain workflows, business rules, and business process flows to automate functionality and improve end-user experience while improving data integrity
Collaborate with the CRM Business Analyst in building out best in practice CRM that will align with corporate sales strategies
Create and maintain and assign Security Roles, positions, field-level security
Provide access to ancillary programs: D365 app for Outlook, SharePoint, PowerBI; PowerApps; MS Flow.
Knowledge to manage Model-driven applications, mobile apps, relationship assistance, Web Client, Unified and Interactive Interface page layouts and attributes
Communicate best practices, tips, and tricks, as needed, to drive user adoption and effectiveness
Develop effective compliance measures for usage and data quality
Develop, maintain and conduct new client onboarding; conduct training as needed for new and/or updated processes and features
Participate in key strategic events, meetings, training sessions, etc. as required to drive CRM strategy
Enrich data quality through integration and uploads from varied data sources and monitor exception reports for data gaps
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Systems Information, Finance Areas
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred); CRM 2016 Online, Dynamics 365
CRM administrator should have a comfort level to interact with users from different departments such as marketing services, sales, customer service and at all levels of the organization
Sales Enablement, supportive and relationship builder; Ability to work in matrix environment
Strong Communication skills to work well with internal clients, and some troubleshooting skills may also be necessary when problems arise
Strong experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Prioritization and time management skills to collaborate with department managers, and other colleagues
