A Sales Executive forges new business relationships, promotes our clients brand and, with the support of the team, closes new business. This is achieved by leveraging proven consultative selling skills to identify opportunities that align with our cyber service offerings, building account and sales strategies and leaning on the support of the technical support team. A Sales Executive drives sales growth by networking, prospecting, qualifying leads and assessing customer needs. Reporting to the Managing Director, the sales executive represents our company and communicates a compelling value proposition.
Forges new account relationships and secures new logos
Represents brand at seminars, networking events and conferences, able to communicate a compelling value proposition
In conjunction with marketing team, build marketing and sales strategies for focus areas (e.g., approach for selling to PE firms)
Quickly understand the client business challenge, align an offering to solve the challenge and lead the sales effort to close the business.
Build, maintain and lead the execution of strategic account plans for target accounts focused on achieving / exceeding targeted sales goals
Drives sales growth by networking, prospecting, qualifying leads and assessing customer needs
Partner with the delivery teams to ensure we are delivering high value solutions that meet client needs/expectations
Understand cybersecurity and industry trends and identify enhancements to current offerings, or opportunities for new services
Work with strategic partners to identify opportunities to leverage partner solutions and achieve benefit for both companies and our clients
Travel as required to conferences, events, and client meetings
Bachelor’s degree preferred but open to other candidates with solid track record of selling in this space
Self-directed, results oriented, professionally competitive,high drive to win
Customer-focused and results-driven
8+ years of solution consultative sales experience to senior level buyers (decision-makers)
Demonstrated track record of ability to develop new business in companies with limited brand recognition
Preference for some consulting services experience in the cybersecurity space (but not at the expense of proven track record of selling cyber services
Active listener who translates client needs into an actionable response
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
Trustworthy and builds trusts for positive lasting relationships
Strong team player with solid organizational, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
