Based in Pittsburgh, PA, this full-time position will be responsible for the day-to-day support of internal end-user operations of the IT helpdesk via phone, email, instant messaging, and face to face interaction. The Helpdesk Specialist will also be responsible for creating and updating job tickets and provide written documentation as problems are resolved.
