As part of the Hardware Development Group, the Mechanical Engineer will design, analyze, test, and contribute to the production of systems for autonomous aviation. The designs must accommodate a range of sensors, aircraft, and environments. The system maturities range from prototypes to products.
Required Qualifications and Skills
BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
3+ years of industry experience.
Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Solidworks.
Minimum of one product design/build/delivery cycle.
Systems development for aviation/aerospace/defense markets.
Experience with Configuration Management practices.
System qualification, verification, and validation.
