Join a dynamic team at the Oncology Nursing Society to stretch and grow your instructional design muscles! We are looking for an intern who will come on board and hit the ground running with a project, and who will also bring a fresh set of eyes and ideas to our team. We value your input and want to learn about the latest in instructional design and educational technologies. We will give you the opportunity for real-world experience designing modules and courses in a national organization.
Leverages technology, including LMS and authoring software, in application of sound learning theories and instructional design principles in the creation of learning activities. Includes: creating the learning activity in an LMS and/or authoring software; finding, evaluating, and modifying graphics and other materials while adhering to current copyright law; writing effective instructional text and video/audio scripts; creating audio and video educational content.
Experience using Articulate authoring software.
Effectively collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop learning activities.
Brings new and innovative ideas to the table, including new techniques, software, educational partners, etc. contributing to the strategic direction of programming.
Schedule, Location and Pay:
20 hours per week for the duration of 12 weeks in our Robinson Township, PA location (near Pittsburgh).
This is a paid internship at the rate of $15/hour.
