SUMMARY We search our little world over to find awesome people to work with our customers. Our customers are awesome companies in the North Pittsburgh region. We are working with a mortgage company in Cranberry Township to identify the successful candidate for the role of Administrative Assistant. For the right individual the role can grow. Reporting to the owner, duties include: • Answering phones • Opening, distributing, preparing mail • Filing, faxing, scanning, copying • Scheduling appointments • Entering bills • Maintaining customer files
As the role grows, additional responsibilities may include completing, processing, tracking and organizing paperwork for mortgage closings.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and a pay rate commensurate with experience as well as a competitive benefits package.
