As a Support Technician you will provide assistance to computer users by answering questions, resolving technical problems and maintaining a company's network, software and computer equipment.
Effectively triage support tickets and exercise good individual judgment based on issue severity
Ensure that tickets are resolved to customer satisfaction in a timely manner, rolling up your sleeves if necessary
Use effective analytical techniques to efficiently resolve complex support incidents in the field
Demonstrate support ticket resolution best practices for the Support team and handle cases for sensitive or at-risk accounts
Explain complex, nuanced technical issues to customers with a range of technical skills
Process automated requests
Work on customer support team related projects
Bachelors Degree or other experience in a related discipline
Proven experience with Unix
Clear understanding of the World Wide Web and Web Hosting
Strong familiarity with the Internet
Positive and courteous customer service attitude
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Meticulous attention to detail
