Technical Business Analyst - Full-time (FT) or Contract to Hire (CTH)
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our growing team. Technical Business Analyst will leverage their business and technical knowledge to organize and manage QA testing processes in a data warehouse environment while also working with business and technical teams to understand business strategy and objectives, gather information, and ensure business requirements are being fulfilled throughout the entire data & analytics lifecycle.

Ability to organize and lead business requirements gathering sessions and translate those requirements into technical specifications
Understanding of QA testing processes in a data warehouse environment
Ability to manage and lead team directives toward established goals

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related field preferred.
3+ years’ experience working in a consulting or IT role gathering business requirements.
3+ years’ experience with SQL querying.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent Communication skills.
Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service skills.
Excellent Organizational skills.
Consulting environment including working at client sites. Must have transportation to various sites within the Greater Pittsburgh Area.
Hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday. Specific business hours are dependent on client operating hours. This role allows for flexibility to work from home several days per week, dependent on client approval.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, library stacks, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with clients and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
