The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for organizing and leading conference calls for clients. The Specialist is responsible for creating a positive customer experience and will provide technical assistance during the call if any issues arise.
Bachelors Degree in technical field
2+ years of experience; Background in teaching, technical or help desk support preferred
Strong communication and phone skills
Technical mindset and customer service focus
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Bilingual capabilities (Spanish and English) a plus!
