SUMMARY We are looking for a Recruiter for a social services organization. This person will work in the HR department in the head office in Butler. This person will manage the hiring process for case workers, care staff, and household staff.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Place advertisements for jobs • Receive incoming applications and responding to candidate inquiries • Phone screening candidates for qualifications • Entering candidates into the applicant tracking system • Scheduling and conducting first interviews • Passing good candidates on to the department heads to meet • Maintaining files and information
Weekly work schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. We will also consider part time applicants. Pay rate is expected to be around $17.00 - $19.00 an hour, depending on skills, education and experience.
• Experience interviewing people for employment and conducting the hiring process • Excellent communication skills. Ability to build relationships and rapport with people. Able to talk to all kinds of people • Patience, consistency and follow thru • Professional, confident and positive • Maintains confidentiality • Microsoft Word and Excel skills • Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
