Ability to understand, explain and articulate why a client would benefit from adding A.C. Coy's services to their business
Cold call Hiring Managers to generate interest and initiate sales opportunities
Execute business development activities including: qualifying clients, identifying potential decision makers, building relationships, completing company and department profiles/org charts, building relationships with internal recruiters, and scheduling client visits
Negotiate wages, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment with clients and candidates
Responsible for creating sourcing strategies with recruiters based on expectations from clients
Demonstrated effective telephone marketing skills, lead generation, objection, negotiation, and closing skills
Provide exemplary customer service to our clients and contractors
Work closely with the leadership team to provide quality service and marketing of candidates to prospective clients
Work closely with management for continuous recruiting and marketing strategies
Use a CRM system to effectively track Business Development activity.
Two or more years of proven IT Staffing or Accounting/Finance Sales experience
Demonstrated success against targeted objectives and/or quotas
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong negotiation skills
Working knowledge of MSWord, Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems
Discipline and organization skills, with a track record of balancing multiple competing priorities
College degree or equivalent years of experience
