Accounting & Finance, Administration & Customer Service
SUMMARY We are looking for someone to run a professional office in Prospect, PA. This position is a combination of customer service, administrative and accounting duties. This is the only office support person, with most of the staff being out in the field and only coming into the office as needed. This person coordinates everything including meetings and communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES Will Include: • Processing accounts payable, receivable and payroll transactions in QuickBooks. Banking and managing bank accounts. • Answering phones and assisting callers. • Processing documents and maintaining information. • Attending management meetings; taking and typing minutes.
Daylight Monday - Thursday work schedule – 8 hours per day/flexible. Once a month this person will attend management meetings in the evening. On those days, this person can come to work later. Pay rate $15.00 per hour.
REQUIREMENTS • Office and accounting experience. • A self-starter who can manage themselves and likes working independently. • Able to organize and work efficiently. • Proficient in QuickBooks. • Must be bonded or bondable. • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug screen.
