SUMMARY This Administrative opportunity is with a growing financial service provider in Cranberry Township. This is a small office, that is looking to add a team member as their business grows. This person will gradually learn the industry and the terminology and be able to take on more complex tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES Will Include: • Answering phones and assisting callers. Scheduling appointments • Processing mail and incoming documents • Uploading and entering documents and client information • Maintaining database records • Creating and editing documents • Sending out notices, information, forms and documents • Organizing paperwork
This is a professional office offering a friendly, casual work environment. Full time daylight Monday - Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm work schedule. Pay rate is expected to be around $15.00 an hour. Benefits are offered.
REQUIREMENTS • Professional office experience and phone skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to organize data and documents; and keep things straight for the team • Able to ask for work and take initiative • Process oriented • Supportive of a small team environment • Microsoft Word and Excel skills • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
