The Senior Business Analyst leads requirements analysis, design, and documentation; assures delivery of complex software applications by serving as principal subject matter expert in both business and technical domains; and plays the key leadership role in assuring that staff's technology usage and our software development practices are aligned with PRI's current and future business needs.
Working directly with leadership and senior stakeholders throughout the business, leads requirements elicitation and documentation
Provides project management across design, development, quality assurance, acceptance, and user experience domains
By quickly understanding both internal company and customer needs, proactively drives process improvement efficiency and productivity throughout our business
Ensures constant alignment of software systems with operating procedures and work instructions
Effectively communicates status updates to all stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business, or equivalent experience
At least 6 years' work experience in business analysis or a related discipline
MBA or MIS degree, strongly preferred
Experience in statistical analysis, preferred
Demonstrated project management skills and familiarity with project management, documentation, and visualization software
Experience with ADLM and/or DevOps tools, strongly preferred
Proficiency with SQL, preferred
Ability to work for long periods at a computer/desk.
