Guide the Tier 1 Service Desk side of the Technical Operations team, keeping initiatives on track, in close coordination with the Service Desk Manager…Pyramid Consulting Group has a Pittsburgh client with an immediate need for an experienced SERVICE DESK LEAD to triage incoming support tickets and respond personally as appropriate. The person in this role will be someone with strong technical skills, is a resourceful and creative problem solver, and will be customer-oriented. Customer-facing interaction will be required (phone calls, emails, etc.). Team Lead experience will be required.
