ORGANIZATION Service provider seeks a special person to join their friendly energetic customer care team. This person will assist the customer at the front desk and be their point of contact. The office is located on the north side of the town of Butler, PA.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Answering phones and emails; and assisting customers • Scheduling appointments and giving out information • Greeting and welcoming customers • Helping customers with their paperwork and processing it • Providing timely updates and follow up with customers on the status of their order • Communicating information to other departments • Accepting and processing payments • Assisting the service team with any documents that they need
The work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:30 pm. Plus, in the Winter season, this person will need to work one Saturday morning per month. Pay rate of $13.00 - $15.00 an hour. Benefits, overtime pay, and bonuses are offered.
REQUIREMENTS • Front desk experience with professional phone skills • Friendly, outgoing engaging personality • Someone that is good at helping and building relationships with people • Office skills including operation of office equipment and basic Word, Outlook, and Excel • Ability to follow direction and execute tasks accurately • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
