We are currently looking to identify an experienced Sales Consultant with a proven successful track record to join our extremely stable client of 95 years in the B2B distribution of facilities management equipment and supplies.
This privately held company sells equipment and supplies, and provides value added services, within the facilities management realm, and caters to a diverse marketplace, including schools/universities, industrial/manufacturers, hospitals/nursing homes, hotels/restaurants, and commercial/retail entities. As a Sales Consultant in this company you’ll enjoy the perks of working from home in an independent role that requires a self-motivated individual to work independently and meet their established goals, while selling to new and existing end user accounts with a strong focus on consultative selling.

REQUIREMENTS • Successful track record in sales within the facilities product/service supply industry. • Ability to build strong long-term relationships and influence both external and internal customers. • Ability to take initiative and act effectively in various circumstances without direction. • Self-confidence, perseverance, and a strong work ethic to maintain progress towards goals in spite of obstacles of diversity. • Travel: mostly day travel within a territory. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
