SUMMARY This company manages payroll for client companies. They have a great people focused environment with a caring family friendly culture. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to help support the payroll department. While this role will be busy and diverse, but it is not expected to be stressful. This job is available due to the promotion of the person in it.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Answering and directing phone calls and emails • Preparing daily mailings • Prepare, print, copying and/or email forms and documents • Maintaining and updating database records • Provide back up to the receptionist
Full time weekly work schedule of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Pay is $15.00 an hour. Full paid company benefits for the employee. Free parking.
REQUIREMENTS • Office experience • Strong customer service skills • Excellent phone and communication skills • Able to follow direction and work independently • Accurate and detail oriented • Computer proficient in Microsoft Outlook, good Word and Excel • Ability to keep information confidential • Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
