SUMMARY We are working with a small, stable manufacturer in Evans City, PA, in search of a professional Office Assistant to join their team. This person will be responsible for a variety of activities including:
Responsibilities: • Entering and tracking customer orders • Processing order changes • Invoice customers and track payments • A/P A/R and general bookkeeping • Entering new employees/information into system • Maintaining customer and employee files • Processing miscellaneous paperwork • Other duties as required
This is a full-time opportunity offering a pay rate between $16.00 - $18.00/Hr and an excellent benefits package with a work schedule of Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
REQUIREMENTS • Experience with accounting • Excellent customer service skills • Accurate and proficient computer skills • Great communication and organizational skills with attention to detail • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
